About me
The Utah Conservation Corps (UCC) is an AmeriCorps program dedicated to developing the conservation leaders of tomorrow. We’re composed of AmeriCorps members, staff, and partners dedicated to service to our community, environment, and regions requiring disaster response efforts.
We offer opportunities for people interested in serving on conservation field crews or as an individual placement with one of our non-profit or government agency partners. Those who join our field crews work on natural resource projects such as habitat restoration, trail maintenance, fence building, etc., alongside 4-8 other AmeriCorps members. Alternatively, who apply to serve as individual placement are active in environmental education, sustainability, and community volunteer efforts. Additionally, we offer opportunities to serve on specialized field crews such as LGTBQA+, Women’s Chainsaw, Accessibility, and Disaster Response.
