About me
Scott is the Division of Water Quality’s Utah Lake Watershed Coordinator and project manager of the Utah Lake Water Quality Study, a multi-year effort to develop nitrogen and phosphorus criteria to address harmful algal blooms and other nutrient-related concerns. He has been with DWQ for 16 years working on a variety of watershed planning and implementation programs in the Utah Lake basin and throughout the state.
