About me
Robert is an undergraduate student at Brigham Young University who plans to graduate in April 2023 with a degree in statistics. He enjoys using data to solve complex and important problems. His research has focused on the impacts of mega fire events on stream chemistry, trends in harmful algal blooms in Utah Lake, and women’s representation in environmental health studies. He is also interested in researching the social determinants of health, specifically to improve health outcomes for those in vulnerable communities. After graduation he plans to pursue a Master of Biostatistics degree in order to continue doing research in public health. In his free time he enjoys listening to podcasts and exploring nature with his wife.
